Ensign

The Ensign was initially created for local Bolton Harriers competing in the 1981 New York Marathon and for other marathons in the following years.

The Ensign was available with Vibram soles and a flexible cushion midsole and added stability heel cup.

Appollo

Developed through Normans earlier years, the Appollo aptly named after the Mythological Roman/Greek God and during the time of the Apollo Space Program, was a middle distance spiked track shoe.

Made with kangaroo suede uppers, and available in 4 or 6 spikes.

Featuring a yellow kangaroo suede upper and a German gristle sports sole.

Cobra Race / Silverdale

One of Normans most favored and successful road running shoes throughout the 1970's. The Cobra Race was a revolutionary advancement in sportswear.

The lightweight stripped back shoe was designed around the track shoes that Norman perfected in his founding years as a footwear specialist and was constructed out of the lightest materials available, making this shoe the lighter than all other competitors.

Rugby Boot 830

Hand sewn kangaroo leather uppers that came in high or low top variations.
Upon its release, the 830 rugby boot was famed for being the most flexible boot due to its split sole and lightweight construction.Still praised by it previous users as the best rugby boots ever made.

1948 Fosters DE LUXE Olympic Track

In 1948, Norman was selected by Joe and Jeff Foster to make the ‘Fosters De Luxe’, the track spikes used by the Great British Summer Olympic teams and many other athletes competing at the games. Notably this included, Alistair McCorquodale, Maureen Gardner and Arthur Wint.

Fellsman Boot

Hailed with a local cult following throughout Bolton and its surrounding boroughs, the V-Ripple and its Boot counterpart, the Fellsman, were a well sought after piece of apparel during the 1970’s and 80’s, later gaining mass popularity in Italy during the 90’s and 00’s.

The Fellsman boot featured the iconic v-ripple sole with an all leather upper taken from Normans famous rugby boots
