sometimes you may need to return them for one reason or another so we are here to help. Read on for our returns policy.
If you need to return an unworn item you can do so within 10 days of receiving your delivery for an exchange or refund. The item
must be returned with all original packaging and labels. Norman Walsh reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the
goods are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with by the consumer.
If you are returning any items with an error on our behalf due to a faulty product or if you have been sent the incorrect product we
will be happy to refund to you your costs incurred in returning the item. Otherwise it will be your responsibility to pay for the return
of the item. Please return the item together with the filled in despatch note sent with your delivery stating reason for return and if
you require an exchange or refund.Return the package to the following address. We recommend you use a recorded delivery
service through the post office with a 'Proof of Posting Certificate'.
